Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies whenever you enter content into H.A.R.R.I that others may see or that reaches our servers - for example machine names, high-score names, and any chat or network messages. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

You must not

• Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene or defamatory
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your identity
• Post spam, advertising or links to harmful material
• Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our services
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, including by adding or sharing content you do not have the right to use
• Use names or messages that are offensive or that others could reasonably find offensive

Your own media

H.A.R.R.I plays media you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you hold any licences or rights needed for the music, video, karaoke and other content you add and play.

Enforcement

We may remove content, and suspend or end a licence, where we reasonably believe this policy or our Terms have been breached. Serious or repeated breaches may result in a licence being revoked.
